About JLC
The Jewish Learning Connection is a Cleveland-based full service outreach organization offering a wide array of educational and social programming. Our goal is to connect Jews with their Jewish heritage by both establishing and maintaining quality learning opportunities for every Jew throughout Northeast Ohio, regardless of background or affiliation; and by enabling them to experience the joy and vibrancy of Torah and traditional Judaism.
Programs are offered in a warm and inviting atmosphere, thus fostering spiritual growth and greater involvement in the Jewish Community. JLC is based at the Waxman Torah Center (Map).
JLC offers adult Jewish education courses in subject areas including Talmud, Chumash, Kashrut, and Hebrew. Our weekly schedule is listed under Classes.

Rabbi Ephraim Nisenbaum - Director - RabbiNisenbaum@clevelandjlc.com
Rabbi Nisenbaum is a native Clevelander. He studied at Telshe Yeshiva, in Cleveland and Chicago. In 1988 he was appointed rabbi of the Ohr Chadash Synagogue, where he co-founded the JLC. He has authored several books including Powerlines and 49 Steps to Greatness.

Rabbi Stoll hails from Toronto, where he studied and taught at Ner Israel Rabbinical College. He joined the JLC in 1990. He has been involved in Jewish outreach since 1979.
Rabbi Yehuda Goldstein - Director of Development - RabbiGoldstein@clevelandjlc.com
Rabbi Goldstein was born in Toronto and raised in Monsey. He attended some of the elite rabbinical colleges around the world, including Yeshivas Brisk in Jerusalem and Beth Medrash Govoha in New Jersey. Prior to relocating to Cleveland in 2008 he lived in Dallas, where he served on the rabbinical faculty of the Dallas Area Torah Association as a popular teacher and lecturer.
